"雖然在Facebook/Twitter/Tumblr上大家都可以隨意分享隨意轉貼內容，但流動性很快，一般分享內容後隔天就會沉殿在資料的大海裡，不方便整理。而「Pinterest」比較像是一個資料收集所(或稱為圖文書籤)，大家可以將任何網站上的圖片/影片/文字等內容，按分類「釘」到「Pinterest」的板上，方便進行資料整理。例如，你打算布置家居，或者籌備活動／結婚等。你就可以創立一塊獨立的「Board」，然後將其他網站或者其他使用者分享的資料「釘」或「重釘」到自的板上，除了給自己參考外也可以給朋友一起討論給予意見。"-iApps
